Meet the Staff

  • Wendy L. Matis, M.D.
    Dermatologist

    Dr. Wendy Matis received her medical degree from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in 1987 and completed a residency in dermatology in 1991 at the University of Pennsylvania. She is board certified in dermatology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Matis believes that health care at its best is a collaborative effort between educated patients and their physicians.

  • Tessie Wright
    Lead Medical Assistant

    Tessie Has been working for Dr. Matis for 15+years. She has been Dr. Matis’ lead assistant for most of that time. She has done a little bit of everything in the office throughout the years, but her main interest and passion is working alongside Dr. Matis in a clinical and surgical setting. She enjoys getting to know all the patients and learning about all the skin conditions Dr. Matis encounters daily.

    Tessie was born and raised in Utah. Although she loves the mountains, she will never turn down a trip to the ocean! She loves spending her free time traveling and camping with her husband and two kids.

  • Marielle Kingsley
    Medical Assistant

    Marielle has 4+ years of experience in the healthcare industry. She loves working alongside Dr. Matis and helping provide a quality experience for patients. Marielle is currently studying to go to medical school to continue her education in healthcare. In her free time she enjoys backpacking, bouldering, and anything that gets her outdoors. Marielle also loves sharing her passion for music through playing violin and bass in classical and jazz settings.

  • Serena Cleverly
    Practice Manager / Billing Specialist

    Serena is a business professional with 10+years of experience in the healthcare industry & 10 years of experience in the financial industry.  She is committed to excellence, quality, and growth as the foundation of everything she does, both professionally and personally.  In her spare time, Serena enjoys a day at the lake with her family on their boat. 

  • Judith Santos
    Receptionist

    Judith has been working in the service industry for the past 4+ years. She is about to start beauty school to become an Esthetician. She enjoys learning about the skin and in her free time she enjoys cooking/baking and spending time with her family.
